Built by Kuhlman Car Company in 1911 This car is a railway express car used by the interurban line on Portland's east side. The car burned in an accident in 1917. It was rebuilt in 1918 at the Center St. Shops of PRL&P. Its appearance was altered from the Kuhlman style
